This spreadsheet maintains attendance history and attendance check sheets for a number of event types such as Sunday Service, Youth, Adult Education, Adventure Village and Special Services. Figure 1 depicts what a person responsible for attendance would record an individual's presence at an event such as Sunday services.

Checksheets - Provides a means to select, prepare and process event spreadsheets to track attendance for particular events
Individuals - Maintains the names and characteristics of individuals for whom attendance is tracked
Group - Allows family members and individuals who may not related by family to be grouped on an event attendance checklist
Events - Provides a list of events for which attendance is tracked
Control - Defines created attendance checksheet spreadsheets
QPerson - Queries the events that an individual has attended
QMissing - Queries which individuals have not attended events of late
QAttendance - Generates a graph of attendance counts for various events
Attendance History - Accumulates the historical attendance
