The instructions to add or delete a user code for the the lock appear on page 7 of the Schlage Connect Keypad User Guide.
When you assign a new door lock code, you will typically assign an alarm code using the instructions for Virtual Keypad on your phone. You will need account manager credentials to use the iPhone mobile app or the Google Play mobile app.
Edit the Assigned Keypad Codes Google sheet to record the changes.
Deleted codes should ideally be struck through.
Do not add a user code that has previously been deleted.
The lock's security programming code is identified on the sheet.
If adding a user code:
Enter the security code
Enter a "1"
Enter the 4 digit user code
Enter the 4 digit user code again and listen for 2 beeps
If deleting a user code:
Enter the security code
Enter a "2"
Enter the 4 digit user code
Enter the 4 digit user code again and listen for 2 beeps
Press the "Schlage" text on the pad to engage the lock.
To verify enter the code you added or deleted. An added code should unlock the door and a deleted code should fail.
