Mapping Vanco Funds to Donation Categories

When a new donation is added to Vanco by a donor the combination of Member ID, Fund ID and Fund Note must be added to a table and mapped to a Donation Category. Subsequent donations designated to the same Vanco fund by the donor will automatically take on the established category. Figure 1 depicts a new donation from Tammy Wynn and the mapping must be done before proceeding.

To create a mapping from a Vanco fund and a donation category:

On the "VancoWork" tab, select the cells for the donation's Member ID, Fund ID & Fund Note and copy the cell contents (see Figure 2)
On the "Fund>Category" tab, paste what you copied into the cell for "Member ID" on the first blank row (see Figure 3)
