Attendance> Events Tab
The "Individuals" tab is where you will add individuals who would appear on attendance sheets for events. A record of each event that an individual attends is kept in the historical data.

Dropdown Script Menu- Clicking on the carat will list a selection of script actions.
Online- Folks with access to the Restream site through media@fortworthucc.org can look up online attendance. The maximum participants count is usually what should be entered here.
Headcount- The persons taking attendance are asked to do a headcount in the room since it's possible individuals were missed and not marked in attendance. This is the number that is used for reporting to UCC national statistics.
Date & Time- The date and time of event uniquely identify an event. Multiple events scheduled for the same time can be distinguished by using a different minute or second value.
Description of Event- Descriptive text for the event.
Type- Click on the carat to choose the type of event. If you enter text that does not appear in the choices, it will be added to the list of choices.
Info/Error- Messages relating to the event.
